Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 - 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or on Sundays/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Your total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and the carrier's transit time:
Standard Transit Time: 7 - 15 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Total Estimated Delivery: 8 - 22 business days.
Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary based on your local customs processing speed and regional postal services.
4. Shipping Rates

Full transparency is part of our service. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
7. Delivery Failures & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please be advised that additional shipping fees may apply for the second attempt.
